The Grounds

Location

Cave Without a Name is about 10 miles (20 minutes) outside of Boerne. There are no convenience stores nearby, so be prepared with everything you need. Carefully review What to Bring lists.

Commercial Cave Operations

Cave Without a Name will be open during the Workshop. Please do not disturb their business operations or guests. You’re welcome to check out their rock shop and they do have some food and water for sale.

Workshop registration does not include a tour of the cave. You may only enter the cave if you have a module in the cave, and in the evening for the Keynote Speaker. CWAN offers a discount tour rate to HGW participants (discounted tour cost is $18).

Parking

We have designated parking for the Hydro~Geo workshop. You can drive through to the campground to drop off and load up your gear, then drive around to the designated parking area away from the campground.

Campground Speed

To minimize dust, we ask that while driving around the campgrounds, you do not exceed the maximum speed of 3.1415 mph (what else).
