Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may occur up to two weeks before the Workshop and must be submitted by email. The email date and time stamp will be considered in the refund amount as stated in the refund policy below.

Refund Policy

Pro-rated refunds will be provided under the following terms:

Request a refund by midnight on September 14, a refund minus credit card processing fees will be provided.

Request a refund before midnight on October 1, you will receive 75% of the registration fee.

No refunds will be granted after October 1, as we’ve already committed to our subcontractors with a headcount on shirts and meals.
